I can't close the options menu, hitting X causes an error and Z selects. This seems to only happen when I'm in incognito mode for some reason, but it could have also been from not using an account.
PSA: For anyone who wants to play this on a MacOS computer, there is a way! Download the Windows version of this game and another game that DOES support MacOS. I used A Way Back Home just because I already have it, but anything will work. When downloading Struggle Simulator, you will have gotten a folder. Look inside this folder for another folder called "www". Open this and copy everything inside it. Next, find the MacOS game you got and right-click it, then hit "Show Package Contents". Inside here, navigate to Contents > Resources > app.nw and replace everything in here with what was in the "www" folder. Once done, run the Previously-MacOS-game as per normal and it will open up into Struggle Simulator! I have not tested, but this will likely work on Linux as well. In theory, this should also work with any other Windows-only RPG Maker game. Good luck :)

by northeast dude, you mean the swallow struggle pred, right? Yea uhh, hate to tell you but they patched that in 1.9 by inverting the point gain and making swallow struggle only give one, but having normal struggle give two, that doesn't really work anymore.
there is one way in the free downloadable version go into www folder then the img folder and delete or edit the dice twins 07 (a hand that covers there dice) image then start game go into twins house find the dice play and bet on your body then just press the up or down button depending on what you and they get beat them both and get 17 FREE sp

also really yeah, it is button mashing. if you want your fetish game to have strategy and big brain thinking, check out vore war or something, the main focus of the game is the art and the ability to play with 1 hand occupied

It's something to do with playing it in browser i think, most games are more stable if you download them
